We believe a great meal begins with a thoughtful starter. Our classic Beef Tartare is served with crispy potato and offers bold flavour with a soft texture. The Beetroot Salad brings something lighter, pairing fresh berries with a redcurrant dressing. For seafood lovers, the Confit Gulf Prawns with basil, olive oil, and pink pepper is a popular choice.
Other highlights include Seabream Crude with lemon confit and hazelnuts, Twice Baked Arnold Bennett Soufflé with haddock and comté, and the ever-popular Foie Gras Terrine paired with Medjool date and brioche.
Our main dishes use seasonal ingredients and classic cooking methods. The Truffle and Parmesan Risotto is creamy and earthy, finished with aged parmesan and braised mushrooms. The French Cod comes with crispy squid and bouillabaisse sauce, offering a seafood combination that is both balanced and satisfying.
Meat options include Confit Duck Leg with endive, clementine, and pistachio, as well as a Beef Short Rib slow-cooked and served with caramelised onion, Pommes Anna, and a rich Bordelaise sauce. The Grilled Lamb Chops with aubergine caviar and mint also bring warmth and depth to the menu.
Vegetarian guests are not left out, with dishes like Spring Vegetables Tagliatelle and Leek and Potato Soufflé offering comfort and flavour in equal measure.
The Roasted Duck, Grilled Lamb Chops, and Roasted Chicken with truffle mash are all hearty and generous. We also offer premium cuts like Australian Wagyu Rib Eye, Black Angus Beef Fillet, and a Tomahawk for Two, all grilled over charcoal in our Josper oven and served with a choice of sauces and sides.
Seafood lovers can enjoy the Lobster Thermidor, Dover Sole Grenobloise, or Sea Bass with Bouillabaisse, each prepared with care and paired with delicate sauces and garnishes.
For a touch of the Mediterranean, the Seafood Linguini with mussels, squid, and langoustine bisque brings richness and warmth. Our Gnocchi with cherry tomatoes and olives is a simple but satisfying dish for plant-based guests.
We also offer a Poisson du Jour for Two, allowing our chefs to showcase the best seasonal catch.
